Design of a decentralized sanitation system for a rural development in the city of Petrópolis (RJ). Given the different types of occupation planned (smallholdings, buildings, hotels and gathering spaces), decentralized systems using biodigester tanks and constructed wetlands were designed, along with recommendations for a community faecal sludge processing system.
