This consultancy covers technical guidance for the preparation of a new Municipal Basic Sanitation Plan for the city of São Paulo. The work included the overall structuring of the plan’s guidelines and diagnostic analyses, as well as the study of solutions and the action plan, addressing the four components of sanitation and cross-cutting aspects such as the climate agenda, circular economy and social participation.
